Engineers from some of Spain’s most prominent companies converged in Madrid in November to attend a two-day Cummins Power Training course. The companies represented at the training were made up of both established and potential customers. They were joined by five engineering students who are in their final year of study at the university. Around forty-five people attended the course, which was held at the Universidad Europea de Madrid.
The main objective of the Power Training sessions is to build strong relationships and also to show the tools and expertise that Cummins has at hand for correct sizing and installation of any project. Commenting after the course, Raquel Hurtado, Dealer Sales Manager, Cummins Power Generation, Madrid, said: “The training clearly demonstrated that Cummins works closely with its distributors to offer the best product with customised yet cost effective solutions.”
Based upon the success of the course, additional sessions are planned in areas such as Barcelona and Valencia in the coming year.
