Cummins Power Generation conducts The Power of One™ Seminar in Potianak Indonesia

“The Power of One”™ Seminar recently concluded in Pontianak* Indonesia, an industrial city with main markets in the agricultural, industrial and commercial buildings sectors.

The half-day event was held on the 13 April 2011 at the Mercure Hotel, and hosted an audience of mainly engineers from the different key market segments, dealing in palm oils, rubber and plywood. The market relied heavily on generator sets providing prime power support for heavy-duty usage over long operating hours.

At the seminar, Cummins Power Generation distributor PT Altrak’s GM and Power Gen Leader Pak Halim presented on their strengths, capabilities and wide service network coverage in their 26 years partnership with Cummins.

Jeffrey Koh (Sales & Marketing Director, SE Asia) from Cummins Power Generation next addressed the audience on the importance of utilizing authorized and legitimate channels for products and after market support. This was followed by a presentation on the benefits of “The Power of One”™ by David KP Lim (Business Development Manager). In his segment, he highlighted the difference between Cummins and the competition, and also presented on the benefits of digital paralleling.

PT Altrak’s service manager Pak Dedy closed the seminar, speaking on aftermarket support and proper genset maintenance which drew great interests and questions.

The 3 hours seminar ended with a lunch and lucky draw where guests walked away with attractive prizes like Nokia mobile phones and DVD players.
