The Rental Show and CONEXPO- CON/AGG roundup

Rental post-show1Cummins just finished two consecutive weeks of exhibiting, first attending The Rental Show on February 26 – March 1, 2017, followed by CONEXPO- CON/AGG on March 7 – 11, 2017.

The Rental Show, the annual trade show, took place this year in Orlando, Florida. The event opened its doors to over 11,000 attendees over the four-day show duration whereby 2,730 rental exhibitors offered a range of products and services suitable for the American rental market. This year’s show highlighted the highest attendee number since 2006.

Cummins showcased a 150 kW Tier 4 Final rental generator set, which offers dual frequency at 50 Hz and 60 Hz and is regulated to U.S EPA Tier 4 Final certification. Cummins also exhibited a range of Tier 4 Final engines suitable for the rental market and components.

Rental post-show2Following The Rental Show was CONEXPO- CON/AGG trade show, held every three years in Las Vegas.  The show is one of the largest construction equipment trade shows globally. Cummins exhibited a varied portfolio of power generation and engine products suitable for the construction market. At the booth were a 150 kW Tier 4 Final rental generator set and a C100N6 natural gas generator set. Those attending the booth could experience augmented reality, allowing the user to lift the market-leading QSK95 generator set in their hands with photographic evidence to be given as a takeaway.

Both events provided a great opportunity for Cummins to strengthen current relationships with customers and develop and build new connections.
